We offer dog boarding in a home setting, not kennels, and we have a strict limit of just two dogs at a time. This allows us to give each dog the attention and care they truly deserve, to give them a real home-from-home and of course ensure no need goes unmet – from the number of walks they may need, the number of potty breaks or if they need to sleep in a crate to feel safe (we’ve got you, not least as our rescue Westie did this for a while!

Following your booking, you will receive a link to our Booking Registration Form, you must complete this before we can confirm your booking. You should do this as soon as possible, however you have until 14 days before the booking. However, if we find your dog is not suitable for our establishment we may reject your booking - before 14 days we will give 100% refund, after this point a max of 50% will be refunded.

FAQs About Booking

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons like holidays. For summer holiday season, we ask you book more than 2 weeks in advance as we do book up quickly.

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring a toy or two (hard ones only) to ensure your dog feels right at home, and we can have amazing playtime. If you wish to bring a Blanket (along with their bed, and/or crate) feel free - we want your dog to feel at home with us as he does with you. We will send you a list of what you will need to bring shortly before your dogs stay.

You can cancel your dogs boarding, we require 14 days notice for this - at which point we will return your payment in full. If you cancel after this time, we will not refund your dog's stay.

We'd do, this is our Pick Up /Drop Off Service and is an add-on. It is available anywhere in Greater Manchester - and we will arrange a time to suit both parties typically between 9am and 6pm.
